My Easter Saturday and Sunday were lovely. On Saturday, I picked up my brother and we had a nice little road trip down to my Grandma’s house. I spent the day mostly outdoors, enjoying the nice breeze, watching my cousins play around and throw around a frisbee. In the afternoon our family did the normal ritual of driving to a relative’s field and picking bluebonnets, red blankets and buttercups to make Easter nests.

Easter Sunday was filled with great times at home with my parents and my mom’s side of the family. Delicious food, dyeing Easter eggs… I couldn’t have asked for a better weekend.
