April Austin Food Blogger Potluck
What happens when you get a bunch of food bloggers out for a potluck? A delicious lunch filled with variety, inventiveness and genius, that’s what. It was so nice to see some of the bloggers I’ve already met, and talk to a whole bunch of new bloggers whose blogs I have been reading, but hadn’t had the opportunity to meet yet.
I didn’t really plan on taking so many photos.. but with all the amazing food (and drinks).. I couldn’t help myself!

Whoaaaa…these turned out GREAT! Your photos really make the food pop. Now I want to eat again!
So sad that I missed those salmon things…what were they?

Great photos! Clearly, I left too early. I see some things here I missed!

Your pictures are so great. I especially love the last one with the imprints left from the beet juice. They remind me of Japanese woodblock printing. My other two faves are the same dish shown from the side with all the pretty colored layers and the baguette slices. Purple and yellow-orange are so pretty and bright.
I’m amused the one of my adjusting my glasses and looking into the distance. The green in my dress looks nice against the trees.
Please force Josh to make more lemon bars. Mmmm…pucker.

These are fantastic (and faintly sinister (in that I was a 1000 miles away)). I too really like the last.
Cheers, and happy eating,
