This past weekend, I was lucky enough to take photos for the incredible Kathy Phan. She makes these super-cute cake pops that I (and many many others) can attest are not only amazing to look at, but delicious to eat. Sweet, tasty icing on the outside. Moist cake on the inside. Heaven on a lollipop stick.

OMG. How good do these look? I went to La Boite this weekend to pick up some macarons to photograph. As I write this, I’m eating them. Be jealous. Be very very jealous.

Yes, they kinda look like tiny hamburgers. But do they taste like them? Only if tiny hamburgers taste like sweet, sweet brilliant heaven with a crunchy outside that crumbles so delicately when you bite into it and melts in your mouth and a creamy sweet flavorful center.

Yes, that’s my dog. She likes to find the mud puddles and roll around in them.
