Last Week.. 11.09.
Last week was oh so lovely. I spent many of my evenings tasting yummy cocktails during Yelp Drinks Week. In doing so, I got to see more of downtown Austin at night, which I love and see lots of friends, which I also love. Monday night especially was so nice, as downtown was so quiet and peaceful. I guess not too many people go out at 9 or 10 on a Monday night. This was a huge contrast to Halloween Night, where it seemed everyone was downtown.
On Saturday, my parents came up to visit and we ate at Trudy’s and then my sister, mom and I visited Crate and Barrel and Babies R Us. The gorgeous sunset you see above was captured as we were in the Babies R Us parking lot. Texas has such beautiful sunsets. Especially as the weather gets cooler. After my parents left, my brother, his girlfriend, Josh and I hung out at my brother’s place working on a huge jigsaw puzzle. So fun. I love puzzles.
